How can I enter a gift certificate code for payment when placing a phone order?

When placing an order for a customer, there are two ways to enter their gift certificate code:

1. Log in as the customer

When logging in as the customer via Customers > View Customer >> Abandoned Shopping Cart > Log In As Customer, you can enter the customer's gift certificate on the checkout page:

If you are placing the customer's order via the Admin Panel, select Gift Certificate / Value Card as the payment method to use the customer's gift certificate
