How can I change the price for items in an ePOS order?

You can directly change the price for line items (1) or apply order level discounts (3) when placing an ePOS order.

Doing this will only change the price for the current order, not for the base SKU price.

You can also apply a Unit Discount (2); some business practices need to leave the Unit Price unchanged, but still apply a unit level discount.
