How do I edit the admin panel tabs for each admin user?

Admin panel users will now only see the tabs they have permission to access. In addition, the Administrator account can now change order of the admin panel tabs for specific admin users. 

As the Administrator, under Settings > User Accounts, Edit the role to confirm roles have the permission to Edit Profile:

Under the Admin user name, select Edit Profile. 

Select Manage Tabs

Here, edit the tab order and Update.
