Pulse Commerce and Echo Global Logistics Partner To Provide Superior Shipping Logistics to Merchants

Pulse Commerce is happy to announce its latest partnership with Echo Global Logistics, a leading provider of technology-enabled transportation and supply chain management services. After successfully implementing the integration for a common client, Pulse Commerce and Echo formalized the partnership to allow other Pulse Commerce merchants to benefit from Echo’s superior shipping logistics services.

Through this joint collaboration, Pulse Commerce merchants are now able to utilize Echo’s multi-carrier rate quotes, quote selection and shipment generation integration at the time of order fulfillment right from the Admin Panel. It can also easily print Echo’s bill of lading and implement support for Echo’s Freight Carrier, which includes rate calculation and shipment. This means that, based on address and total product weights, the Echo integration displays multiple carriers and lowest prices at the time of order fulfillment.

The integration also supports different shipping classes and provides shoppers with different service options to select from, such as lift-gate, inside delivery and residential options, minimizing fulfillment errors and unexpected shipping fees.

The new partnership comes as a great tool for merchants looking to streamline fulfillment operations and reduce costs to improve the bottom line and deliver on the expectations of modern shoppers.

Specifically, Echo Global Logistics is an additional way of providing customers real-time shipping rate calculations as well as shipment generation (label creation) for orders on the Admin Panel.
