How do I view a summary of responses from customers who completed the checkout survey?

 Export your Checkout Survey information from Pulse Commerce to a comma separated value (CSV) file:

1. Go to Data Import and Export > Export.
   
   
2. Select Checkout Survey Export.
   
   
3. Download the data per your requirements (e.g. you can search for particular SKUs, Date Ranges, Order Status, etc.). 
   
   
4. Click the Generate Export File button. 
    
   
   
5. Click Download to download the .csv file to your computer. Open the file to view the Checkout Survey data.
