How do I add and edit Meta tags of my site’s home page?

Meta Tags are used by search engines to search for a site. Use the Meta Tag Editor to optimize your Home page, Contact Us page and Company Info page for searching via a search engine such as Google.

Using the Meta Tags Editor, you can manage the meta tags for different pages including the Home Page. 

Follow these steps to add Meta Tags to your Home Page:

1. Go to Content > Meta Tags Editor (SEO).
   
   
2. Enter keywords that describe the Webpage you are tagging. Remember to separate all keywords with commas. (Note: Keywords should not exceed 100 characters.)
   
   
3. Enter a description for the Webpage you are tagging. (Note: The description should not exceed 200 characters.) 
   
   
4. Once you complete these entries click the Update button on the extreme right, for the respective page that you are adding Meta tags.
   
   

To edit the meta tags for the Home, Contact Us, and Company Info pages on the storefront:

1. Go to Content > Meta Tags Editor (SEO).
   
   
2. Enter a description for the Webpage you are tagging in the meta name="description" content="" field.
   (Important: The description should not exceed 200 characters.)
   
   
3. Enter keywords that describe the Webpage you are tagging in the meta name="keywords" content="" field. Separate all keywords with commas. 
   (Important:  Keywords should not exceed 100 characters.)
   
    
4. Click the Update button.
   Note: You are not limited to specify meta tags only for the home page! You can add Meta Tags to all your product pages, category pages, and your custom pages as well.
