How do I setup a product which has special offline pricing (e.g., customer must call for the price)?

You can set this up using Pulse Commerce's Product Group functionality:

1. Go to Products > Product Catalog Manager link.
   
   
2. Click the Add New Product Group  link.
    
   
   
   
3. Enter a Product Group SKU and Product Group Name.
   
   
4. Enter any additional details you would like to communicate to customers about the group into the fields provided. For example, you could enter Customer must call for price into the Short Description field.
    
   
   
   
5. Click the Add New button.
