Pulse Commerce includes several Sales Reports that quickly deliver your sales related data to meet a variety of different metrics. Here's a quick synopsis of the available sales reports:
Shipping & Sales Tax Analysis
As the name indicates, this report provides information on shipping and taxes collected for various orders. You can analyze data based on order date, customer, the state shipping from, order total, order tax, shipping and handling, payment type, and payment status based on your business need.
Sales Orders Customer Summary
This report allows the user to analyze sales data focused on the relation to your customers. Quickly identify the top value or volume customers, analyze customer trends across time periods, and position yourself better for targeting promotions or marketing campaigns in future. The standard information on the report includes number of orders, average total, units sold, total cost, gross sales, order total, profit, and gross profit percent.
Sales Orders Daily Summary
This report provides a snapshot of key sales performance data including number of orders, number of units sold, average order value, shipping and handling, tax, gross sales, gross profit, COGS, and gross profit percent. The report is neatly structured and ideal for executives seeking summary level information at a glance spanning varied periods of time.
Sales Orders Item Summary
This report allows you to analyze your sales data at the item level. You can easily identify best-selling items, inventory on hand, gross sales figures, and more.
Zero Sales Item Summary
This report lists products which have not been sold with their SKU, quantity sold, cost, sale price, quantity on hand, quantity on order, and preferred vendor.
Discount Codes Performance
This report provides details and utilization of your enabled Discounts. You can quickly see which discounts are being applied, how often, and their impact on sales and revenues.
Product Cross Purchase Analysis
This report allows you to search for and select a product in order to see all other products that have been purchased with it in common orders. The upper half of the report allows you to search for a product based on SKU, product name, or customer price. Once a product is selected, the bottom half of the report lists all products of related purchases and shows what percentage of the related purchases they are.
