Reports > Returns Item Summary:
This report provides item level returns data. Identify commonly returned items, itemized costs and sales impact of returns.
Reports > Returns Daily Summary:
This report provides an outline of returns on a daily basis including additional fees and taxes associated with those returns.
Reports > Returns Customer Summary:
This report provides a customer focused outline of returns and associated information. It is helpful in order to identify potentially problematic customers and evaluate customers when dealing with satisfaction issues.
Reports may have different update frequencies and export options.
