How do I track and check my Product Inventory?

Several reports in Pulse Commerce provide information related to your Product Inventory:  

• Current Inventory Status (Simple)
• Items Backordered (Simple)
• Items Backordered (Advanced)
• Items Pending Fulfillment (Simple)
• Items Pending Fulfillment (Advanced)
• Inventory – Profitability

Let’s explore them one by one:

Please Note: The screenshots below reflect default report settings and configuration. Many of our reports are highly flexible, allowing a user to manipulate dates, columns, aggregation, sorting, etc.
 

Reports > Current Inventory Status:
As the name indicates, this report provides detailed information about your inventory. You can quickly see and filter the report further as needed based on criteria such as Location, Quantity Available, Quantity on-Hand, etc.

Reports > Items Back Ordered: 
This report provides information with a focus on back ordered items. Select the value for Warehouse Location from the drop down menu & click Search - all back ordered items are displayed the for the specified warehouse location. 

Reports > Items BackOrdered (Advanced): 
Similar to the simple version of this report mentioned above, however, this report contains additional options to filter, group and manipulate layout to pinpoint or present data in a variety of ways to satisfy the user need. 

Reports > Items Pending Fulfillment:
Select the value for the warehouse location from the drop down menu & click Search -  all items pending fulfillment are displayed for the selected warehouse location. 

Reports > Items Pending Fulfillment (Advanced): Similar to the simple version of this report mentioned above, however, this report contains additional options to filter, group and manipulate layout to pinpoint or present data in a variety of ways to satisfy the user need. 

Reports > Inventory Profitability: 
This report is designed to analyze inventory in relation to sales and profitability. 

Reports may have different update frequencies and export options.
