How can I update the information for my payment gateway?

You may update the information for your payment gateway yourself or a member of the Pulse Commerce Support team can help.

If you would like Pulse Commerce Support to assist you with updating your Pay Method, please call us directly (for security reasons) at 718-701-2944. Please have your complete payment gateway information on hand when you call. Once we have that information, we will integrate your Pulse Commerce store with your payment gateway.

Update the information for the Pay Method for your payment gateway:

Note: Only one payment gateway Pay Method may be enabled at one time.

1. Go to Settings.
   
   
2. Click the Pay Methods link.
   
   
3. Click the Edit link for the desired payment gateway.
   
   
4. In the Edit Online Pay Method secondary window that appears, update the details as needed.
   
   

   

5. Click Update.
