In the unlikely event that this occurs, we suggest that over the phone you first ask your customers to walk you through the steps they are taking. If the items are still not getting added, you can ask the customer to try clearing their web browser cache and history and try again.If the problem continues, contact Pulse Commerce Technical Support.
Chrome
1. Enter the folllowing URL into a Chrome browser tab:
chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
Alternatively, you can press Ctrl + Shift + Del
2. Check Browsing History, and ensure the time frame is set to the beginning of time.
3. Clear browsing data
Firefox
1. Enter the following URL into a Firefox browser tab:
about:preferences#privacy
Alternatively, you can navigate to Options > Privacy
2. Clear your recent history, select Everything
Internet Explorer
- Tools > Internet Options.
- Click on the General tab.
- Click the Delete button.
- Under Browsing history, click on Settings button (still on the General tab).
- Select Every time I visit the webpage.
- Click OK.
- Click OK.
- Close and re-open Internet Explorer.
