The Pulse Commerce V360 platform offers a wide array of reports that offer the end-user a great deal of flexibility with formatting, sorting and other forms of report manipulation that all too often require custom programming in other applications.
For the examples below, we will be referencing the Sales Orders Daily Summary, however, this functionality applies to most of the reports available to you in Pulse Commerce V360.
Sorting of Data: You can sort the data in Ascending or Descending order. If you mouse over the column headers, for example, Order Date, and click the small icon adjacent the labels, you can select your sort preference.
Calendar pop-up: Columns can be filtered quickly and easily. For example, Order Date can be filtered to a specific date by clicking the icon for the calendar to open a pop-up and select the desired date.
Filter: For labels such as Shipping & Handling, Tax, Gross Sales enter a numeric value. Click the filter icon then select Equal To or Less Than etc. Once the option is selected the system filters data for the given filter condition.
In the next example, we filtered for Shipping & Handling Greater Than $11.67:
Adding columns: It is possible to add or remove certain columns that may be available for the given report. Right-click the header - it shows the option select option columns. Choose the column(s) you wish to view, the view will refresh with the newly added column(s).
Grouping: The reports support grouping by column. Select a column and drag it to the header. Once the columns are grouped, the system sorts the data as per the Grouped Column. This is especially helpful for analysis of sales by geographic locations, products within certain categories, product groups, customer volume, etc.
