To add, remove, or change the Authorized Contacts on file for your Pulse Commerce account, an Authorized Contact should email the information below to account@pulse-commerce.com and cc your Account Manager:

After receiving the request above:
- Pulse Commerce Support will create and escalate a case to make the changes.
- The Authorized Contacts will receive an email confirming the changes.
- Pulse Commerce Account Management will schedule any paid training sessions upon approval from the Pulse Commerce Billing team.
