What is Product Feedback and how do I review it?

Product Feedback enables you to collect feedback for a given product.

Enable this feature:

1. Navigate to the Settings > General Settings > Display Settings.
   
   
2. Set Display Product Feedback on Product Details Page to Yes.
   
3. Click the Update button.
    
   
   
4. When this feature is enabled, a link is displayed on the item details page that sends the customer to the Product Feedback page, where they can fill in the required information and click the Send Feedback button.
    
   
   
5. The administrator receives a notification email when someone submits feedback.

You can review this feedback by navigating to the Products > Product Feedback section. You can implement the suggestion or modify the product information as desired.

This feature helps you to understand customer requirements for a given product, and modify it as needed to help boost sales.
