What is Product Personalization?

Product Personalization enables you to add a question to your product. This feature aids you in collecting personalized information for the given product.

Define a question for a product:.

1. Go to Products > Product Catalog Manager.
   
   
2. Click the Edit link beside the product for which you would like to define a question (text box).
   
   
3. In the Product Editor, click the Advanced tab.
   
   
4. For the field Edit Product Personalization specify the question in the Questions field and fill the required attributes Size & Max. Length.
   
   
• Size - The numeric value specified for this field will decide the width of the field.
• Max. Length - The numeric value specified here will decide the character limit for the question.
  
  
5. Select Required to make the question filed mandatory during the shopping process.
   
   
6. Click Add New Question button.
