Product Personalization enables you to add a question to your product. This feature aids you in collecting personalized information for the given product.
Define a question for a product:.
- Go to Products > Product Catalog Manager.
- Click the Edit link beside the product for which you would like to define a question (text box).
- In the Product Editor, click the Advanced tab.
- For the field Edit Product Personalization specify the question in the Questions field and fill the required attributes Size & Max. Length.
- Size - The numeric value specified for this field will decide the width of the field.
- Max. Length - The numeric value specified here will decide the character limit for the question.
- Select Required to make the question filed mandatory during the shopping process.
- Click Add New Question button.
