How do I place an order for a customer?

Place a MOTO (Mail Order/Telephone Order):

1. Go to Orders > COMMANDS AND LISTS > Place New Order.
   
   
   
   
2. Select a Customer for the order using the Search In section.
   
   
   
   
3. Use the Add New Item button to add items to the order.
   
   
   
   
4. Select Payment and Shipping methods and the system will automatically calculate & apply the tax.
   
   
5. Once this is complete, click the Finalize and Place New Order Button to finish creating the order.
