What settings trigger an SKU to be available in Vendors > Bulk Purchase Order?

Here are the settings that trigger an SKU to appear in Vendors > Bulk Purchase Order. These values are found in Product Catalog Manager > Product Editor > Inventory tab.


Reorder Point - This is the level of inventory quantity at which an order should be created with suppliers to bring the inventory to Preferred Stock Level.

(For example, if the Reorder Point is set to 20, when ‘Qty. Available = 20’, the SKU will appear in the Bulk Purchase Order screen.)

Note: Reorder point is a numerical value and greater than zero.

Preferred Stock Level - This is the integer the system will order enough Qty. to reach. 

(For example, if the Reorder Point is 20 and the Preferred Stock Level is 50, when you are down to 18 available, the system will want to order 32 more to reach 50.)
