When a new, successful order is placed on your storefront, you will receive an order alert email for that order. The email address where the alerts are sent to can be set here:
- Settings > General Settings > Order Settings.
Depending on the Auto Approve Sales Order setting, the orders can be found either in Pending Approval status or Warehouse status. Change this setting here:
- Settings > General Settings > Order Settings > Auto Approve Sales Order.
