When a customer places an order on your website, it comes into the system as a Pending Approval or with Warehouse status. As you make progress with order fulfillment, the status of the order changes. Below are the default order statuses supported by the system. You can add custom Order Tags as well & set up automatic email notifications based on an email template.
As the order status changes, the customer can receive an automatic email notifying them of the progress of the order. When an order is set to Shipped status, the system can automatically include the tracking number in the email notifying the customer, so they can continue to track the status of the item as it leaves to the shipping company.
