How do I change the status of an order?

 Change the status of and order:

1. Go to Orders > Commands And Lists > Search Orders. 
   
   
2. Search for the order(s) you would like to update. 
   
   
3. You can change the Order Status using the buttons on the top of the View Sales Order screen. Select the appropriate button as desired: Approve Order, Cancel Order, Fulfill Order or Optimize Fulfillment. 

For Example:

If the order is in Pending Approval you can approve the order with the Approve Order button, and the order status will be changed from Pending Approval to Warehouse. 

The following Order Statuses are supported:

• Pending Approval
• Warehouse
• Partially Shipped
• Shipped
• On Hold
• Cancelled
