How do I edit an order once it is placed by the customer?
- Go to Orders > Status.
- Click Pending Approval or Warehouse.
(Alternatively, you may go to Orders > Commands And Lists > Search Orders and search for the required order.)
- Locate the order you want to update on the Sales Order > View Sales Order page and click Edit Order.
- Edit the order details (e.g., add or remove products, update price(s), shipping address, location, etc.) as required.
- Once done making changes, click Save Changes.
