A member of technical support has ask me to join a WebEx session, what should I do?

To provide optimal support, Pulse Commerce will sometimes ask merchants to join a WebEx session. If you have been asked to join a WebEx session:

1. Open an IE (Internet Explorer) window and go to https://pulse-commerce.webex.com/
   
   
2. Go to Attend a Meeting > Unlisted Meeting.

4. Enter the 9-digit meeting number provided by the Pulse Commerce team member in the Meeting Number text box and press the Join Now button.
   
    
    
   
   
5. Fill in the Your Name and Email address text boxes. If the Pulse Commerce representative provided you a password, fill that in as well.
   
   
6. If prompted, install the ActiveX component.
   
     
   
   
7. If you are asked to share your desktop, Share Your Desktop.
   
    
    
   
   
8. Click on the person icon on the WebEx meeting panel in your lower left corner, expand the Allow to Control My Desktop menu, and select the Pulse Commerce representative
