How do I transfer a domain name from Pulse Commerce Domain Name Management Service to my own registrar? – Pulse Commerce Help Center

If your domain name is being managed through Pulse Commerce Domain Name Management Service and you prefer to cancel this service and manage the domain name from within your own registrar account, an Authorized Contact should email billing@pulse-commerce.com the information below:

- I accept sole responsibility for renewing and maintaining my domain name and acknowledge Pulse Commerce will no longer assist with this.
- I understand my Pulse Commerce service will continue to be available to me and that this request is only to release the domains listed below from Pulse Commerce Domain Name Management Service.
- I certify that as an Authorized Contact, I have the authorization to request this change of service.

A work-order will be created by the Pulse Commerce Billing Department and forwarded to the Pulse Commerce Support Team.
The Pulse Commerce Support Team will process the release by transferring the domain into an end-user account and email the access details to the Authorized Contacts on file with Pulse Commerce within 5 business days.
