If I use Payfuse, why can't customers place an order if their email address exceeds 32 characters?

The PayFuse payment gateway has a limitation of 32 characters for the email address. If the customer's email address exceeds 32 characters, PayFuse will return a message to the customer that the email address string exceeds 32 characters.
