Bulk Fulfillment lets you save your search configurations as reusable templates, making it faster to process orders that match your common criteria.
Creating a Template
1. Apply your desired search filters
2. Click Save This Search As a Template
3. In the template creation dialog:
- Give your template a descriptive name
- Use the Share Template With field to control which admin roles can access it
- For date filters, use relative ranges (e.g., "last 3 days" or "next 5 days") rather than specific dates—this keeps your template useful over time, with a maximum range of 7 days from the current date
Using Saved Templates
Once saved, templates appear under Load Existing Template and can be accessed by any admin user with the appropriate permissions. Simply select a template to instantly apply those filter settings and begin bulk fulfillment.
Note: Relative date ranges ensure your templates remain relevant each time you use them, automatically adjusting based on the current date.
