Pulse Commerce integrates with Mailchimp to synchronize contacts with your MailChimp account. In order to utilize this feature, you must first have the Mailchimp License installed. You can contact your Account Manager for more information about acquiring this license.
With the Pulse Commerce - MailChimp Integration you can accomplish the following:
- Engage with your customers via email campaigns and send promotional emails
- Grow your customers and sell more with Social Media Ad Campaigns via MailChimp
- Add Admin panel users to internal MailChimp lists automatically
Once the license is enabled, navigate to Marketing > Mailchimp Configuration and fill out the following fields that you can obtain from your MailChimp account.

MailChimp API key. You can obtain this in your MailChimp account information section. |
Store ID |
Your MailChimp's Store ID. In order to track order conversions with MailChimp, you must create a store in your MailChimp account. |
DC Code |
This is part of the API endpoint that is required to connect to MailChimp API. This is the last part of the API key that is followed by a hyphen. Alternatively, it can be obtained from the URL after you login to your MailChimp account. It is the first subdomain part in the URL. It looks like “us1”, “us3”, etc. |
List ID |
This is the ID of the email list where you want to add the customer to. Pulse Commerce can add the customer contact information to only one list. |
