Pulse Commerce offers direct access via SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) API for merchants who need to move complex data in bulk. This can be done to mesh with other 3rd party systems to perform a multitude of activities. Note that this is not an EDI (Electronic Data Exchange) format.
For example, bulk importing orders, generating shipping labels, or syncing product details across platforms.
You can take a look at an example of our API Dev guide here:
https://api161.goecart.net/help/.
Please note that Pulse Commerce Support does not provide assistance with API questions.
If you are interested in API access, please contact your Account Manager.
In order to certify access to the API, Pulse Commerce needs to receive a copy of your integration design document showing which API’s you’ll be using along with information on how each will be used and expected API request/response frequency. As part of the developer integration support project, we’ll review and provide guidance to help ensure the integration performs optimally and within prescribed practices to avoid hitting usage thresholds or lock-out.
