How do I determine the amount left on a customer's gift certificate?

The best way to determine the amount left on a customer's gift certificate is to view the Gift Certificates Report.

To access the report:

1. Go to Orders > COMMANDS AND LISTS > Search Gift Certificates/Value Cards.
   
   
2. If you know the customer information, and order number or the Claim Code, enter those values and click Search.
   
   
3. The remaining value of the Gift Certificate is listed in the rightmost column in the search results.
