The best way to determine the amount left on a customer's gift certificate is to view the Gift Certificates Report.
To access the report:
- Go to Orders > COMMANDS AND LISTS > Search Gift Certificates/Value Cards.
- If you know the customer information, and order number or the Claim Code, enter those values and click Search.
- The remaining value of the Gift Certificate is listed in the rightmost column in the search results.
