The image manager is used to upload a single image, manage your images, and apply images to products. It is located in Products > Image Manager.
To upload images in bulk, we recommend using FTP.
Please refer to the image/table below for details on the image manager function:

Use the Delete button to delete folders located in this directory. Keep in mind all contents within this folder will be removed as well. |

To upload a single image to the website, press the Choose file button to locate an image located locally on your computer. |

🖼️ Managing Images for Storefront
Note: This section applies only if you're using storefront navigation images. For OMS-only merchants, image management is not necessary for category organization.
Using the Image Manager
The Image Manager provides a centralized location to upload and manage category images:
1Navigate to Products → Image Manager
2Browse to the folder where you want to store category images
3Click Choose File to select an image from your computer
4Click Upload to transfer the image
5Return to the Category Editor and use the Browse button to select the uploaded image
Image Manager Features
- Create Folders: Enter folder name and click Create to organize images
- Delete Folders: Select folder and click Delete (removes all contents)
- View File Sizes: See image file sizes to optimize for web performance
- Delete Images: Click Delete button next to unwanted images
For Bulk Uploads: For uploading many images at once, use FTP to transfer files directly to your image directories. Contact support for FTP access details.
