What is a Cloudflare Error?

Error 524: A timeout occurred.

A 524 error states that Cloudflare was able to make a TCP connection to the origin, but the origin did not reply with an HTTP response before the connection timed out. Cloudflare will typically wait for an HTTP response from your server for 100 seconds.

When encountering a Cloudflare error on your website, please relay the following information to Support immediately so that they can best assist you: 

1. The URL you are trying to access. (ex: yoursite.com/product.asp)
2. A screenshot of the error message.
3. Copy/paste any Ray ID as text into your Support ticket.
4. Please go to YourSite.com/cdn-cgi/trace (ex: www.YOURDOMAIN.com/cdn-cgi/trace) and copy/paste the text that you see into your Support ticket.
