To submit a new KB Article, please reach out to your Account Manager.
- Email Subject Line: "<Your Pulse Commerce Site's Primary URL>: new KB for <subject or topic of article>" (no quotes).
- Email Body: Include the content for the article including any screenshots you are willing to share.
We appreciate the help and support from our merchants. Pulse Commerce Merchants who contribute accurate and complete articles will find special gratitude and other tokens of appreciation from the Pulse Commerce Support Team.
To submit a correction to an inaccurate or incomplete KB Article, please reach out to your Account Manager.
- Email Subject Line: "<Your Pulse Commerce Site's Primary URL>: KB correction for <title or question of article>" (no quotes).
- Email Body: Please provide the URL of the KB article along with your corrections including any screenshots you are willing to share.
Submitting accurate and complete corrections is a great way to win Pulse Commerce Support brownie points and other favors from the Pulse Commerce Support Team.
To inform Pulse Commerce that a KB article needs updating, once again, please reach out to your Account Manager or use the Post a comment feature.
We appreciate your feedback and will try to review and add any corrections to the article as quickly as we can.
