How do I export a list of URLs for my product pages?

Cahoot allows you to export a comprehensive list of your product page URLs along with other product data. This is useful for inventory management, marketing campaigns, or sharing product catalogs with partners.

Note: You can customize which product fields to include in your export, such as Product Name, Product URL, SKU, pricing, and more.
📋 Step-by-Step Export Process

Follow these steps to generate and download a custom product export with URLs:

1Navigate to Import/Export → Export in your Cahoot account.

2Ensure the Product Export radio button is selected.

3Select the select custom product fields checkbox to enable custom field selection.

4Select the checkbox for one or more categories that contain the items you would like to export.

5Click the Generate Export File button.

Tip: If you want to export all products regardless of category, make sure all category checkboxes are selected.
🎯 Selecting Custom Fields

After clicking Generate Export File, you'll be taken to the Export Products - Select Custom Fields page where you can choose which data to include.

1On the Export Products - Select Custom Fields page, locate and select the Product URL checkbox.

2Select checkboxes for any additional fields you would like to include in the export file. For example, you may wish to select only the Product Name and Product URL for a simple list.

3Once you've selected your desired fields, click the Generate Export File button.

Important: The more fields you select, the larger your export file will be. Consider selecting only the fields you need for your specific use case.
💾 Downloading Your Export

Once the export file has been generated, you can download it to your computer.

1After the export file is generated, click Download it now to download the list of Product Names and URLs to your computer

2The file will be downloaded as a CSV file that can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet application.

Note: Export files are typically available for download for a limited time. If you need to access the same data again later, you'll need to generate a new export.
