How do I modify the Contact Us page?

There are two basic options:

• You may check the Enable Contact Us form with connectivity to the Message Center which will display the default Contact Us form with the CAPTCHA functionality. You may add your own content (header, details, address, etc) above this form if you wish. Whatever is entered in the Contact Us Editor is displayed above the default form in this case. However, the form itself will not be changed.

• You can uncheck the Enable Contact Us form with connectivity to the Message Center. The Contact Us form will not be displayed at all, and you may enter your own form in the Contact Us Editor. Your custom form will not have CAPTCHA or connectivity to Message Center.
