You can easily do a cart to cart transfer to safely let your international customer checkout and receive packages in their country. You no longer need to worry about customs either, as GlobalShopex will receive inbound shipments from you and dispatch them directly to your customers, completing all customs forms and transactions.
Because they handle the credit card or other banking related transactions, you are no longer confronted with various credit card formats and fraud risks from other countries. They also handle the inbound phone calls and offer checkout support for your potential international customers in multiple languages.
Because this is a cart-to-cart transfer process, each pertinent order is transferred completely over to GlobalShopex.
Let’s walk through a typical scenario:
An international customer finds your site and adds the desired product to their cart. They proceed to the checkout order review page, where there is a button clearly marked for international customers to click:
The customer would click this button and then proceed to the GlobalShopex checkout funnel. Once they have fully checked-out on the site, you will get a notification from GlobalShopex, and you can log in to review open orders. GlobalShopex can enter the order in the Pulse Commerce system. You then prepare the package and ship it directly to a GlobalShopex controlled freight consolidation center. They will then prepare the necessary customs forms and ship the package via a traceable method to the customer. At that point, they remit payment to you, and the transaction is complete. GlobalShopex handles any further inquiries about the purchase directly with the customer.
