This article explains how to view a report containing details about customer Wish Lists in your store. The report provides customer-identifying information and Wish List activity metadata so you can better understand what shoppers are saving and when those lists are being updated.
Important: Pulse Commerce supports a Customer Favorites List Import, but there is no Wish List import. If you need bulk management of saved items, use the Favorites workflow instead.
Along with Customer Name and Customer Email, the report displays the following information:
- The date the wish was created.
- The date the wish was last modified.
- The customerโs IP address.
- The HTTP Referrer, if the customer had visited the site through a referrer site such as Google or Yahoo!.
- The number of items in the Wish List.
- The total cart value.
The Items link opens the actual Wish List of the customer in a popup window.
Tip: If the popup does not open, verify that your browser is not blocking popups for the Admin Panel site.
The Customer Wish Lists report is commonly used for:
- Identifying high-intent products customers are saving for later
- Supporting customer service inquiries related to saved items
- Spotting trends in frequently wish-listed products
- Comparing wish list value signals to merchandising or pricing decisions
Privacy note: The report includes customer IP address and referrer information. Treat this data as sensitive and restrict access to users who require it for business purposes.
