Access Navigation Settings
1 Navigate to Settings Navigation Layout
2 Locate the Features section
3 Find Join Mailing List option
Configure Newsletter Display
1 Enter the Label name you want displayed on the storefront
2 Optional: Add a custom image
- Enter the image path in the Image field, OR
- Click Browse to select an image from your files
3 Check the Visible checkbox
4 Click the Update button
If Guided Navigation is enabled for your site, follow these steps to customize newsletter placement:
Access Guided Navigation Settings
1 Navigate to Settings Guided Navigation Settings
2 Click the Edit link for the existing enabled template
Add Newsletter to Navigation
1 Go to Edit Guided Navigation Template Add Other Menu Items
2 Select Newsletter Signup from the list
3 Check the checkbox next to it
4 Click Select
5 Customize the Display Text or Image that you want to show on the storefront
Customer Experience
Once the Newsletter Signup feature is enabled, it will appear on the left side of the storefront:
1 Customers visit your home page
2 Interested customers locate the newsletter signup section
3 Customers enter their email address
4 Customers click submit
Who Can Sign Up
- Registered customers: Customers with existing accounts
- Visitors: Anyone visiting your site without an account

1 Click Marketing in the top navigation
2 Select E-Mail Lists Manager
Available Subscriber Lists
The E-Mail Lists Manager provides different list views to segment your audience. For newsletters, the following lists are important:
All E-Mail Addresses Signed Up For Newsletter:
- Displays all customers who created an account and opted in for newsletters
- Comprehensive view of all newsletter subscribers
All Customer E-Mail Addresses Signed Up For Newsletter:
- Shows customers who have both an account and a newsletter subscription
- Ideal for targeting registered customers with account-specific offers
All Non-Customer E-Mail Addresses Signed Up For Newsletter:
- Tracks visitors who signed up for newsletters but haven't created an account
- Useful for converting prospects into registered customers
List Management Features
- Filter and search within subscriber lists
- Export subscriber data for external marketing tools
- View subscription history and status
- Manage unsubscribe requests
Email Template Options
Using Custom Email Templates, you can send newsletters to signed-up customers.

Newsletter Not Appearing on Storefront
Common Causes:
- Visible checkbox not checked in Navigation Layout settings
- Browser cache showing old version of site
- Theme conflicts with newsletter display
Solution: Verify Visible checkbox is checked, clear browser cache, and check theme compatibility.
Cannot Find Subscriber Lists
Solution: Ensure you're accessing E-Mail Lists Manager through Marketing E-Mail Lists Manager. Check user permissions if the option is not visible.
Subscribers Not Receiving Emails
Causes:
- Email templates not configured
- SMTP settings incorrect
- Subscribers marked as unsubscribed
Solution: Verify email template configuration, check SMTP settings, and review subscriber status in E-Mail Lists Manager.
